As a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I work with a humanistic integrative, relational, embodied approach. I have had training in Transactional Analysis, Relational & Integrative Psychotherapy, Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive behavioural therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
As a Complementary health therapist in private practice for 35 years, I experienced a wide range of emotional and physical dis-ease, non-acceptance with themselves and their lives. What these clients don’t know was that making changes their appearance, special diets, exercise programs, holidays, surgery, overspending, virtual reality, addictions, and obsessions would not bring them happiness. My passion for helping people make a real change in their lives from the inside out.
