Counselling and psychotherapy offer you the space to be heard, listened to by a caring supportive professional.

Life is full of challenges. We may not have been prepared for them, major life changes. We can suffer and feel overwhelmed, confused, foggy headed! Not knowing what to do. It's difficult to make decisions when we feel like this. We can’t make sense of our difficulties in relationships, career, community, family, or our sense of purpose.

I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, nonjudgemental, open-minded, confidential environment and interested in hearing your thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, experiences goals and challenges.

We all benefit from being able to talk to an independent, experienced, open-minded, non-judgemental, counsellor or psychotherapist.
